We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Front Office Assistant to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining professional reception standards, and supporting the internal team with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable at all times

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate restocking as needed

  • Assist with data entry, filing, and basic administrative support tasks

  • Coordinate with internal departments for day-to-day needs

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • Proven experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative assistant role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Professional appearance and attitude

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
