Captura Hall is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations in our Grand Rapids office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong communication abilities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative processes.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to management and staff
Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls
Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Order office supplies and ensure the office environment is well-maintained
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Support planning and execution of company events and activities
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
