We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to support and manage internal and external communication efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys organizing projects, and has a strong eye for detail. The Communications Coordinator will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring communication strategies across various channels to ensure clear, consistent, and effective messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal and external communication initiatives

  • Draft, edit, and distribute content including press releases, newsletters, and reports

  • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns

  • Maintain media contact databases and monitor media coverage

  • Support senior communications staff with project management and reporting

  • Ensure brand consistency in all communications

  • Track communication metrics and prepare performance reports

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications or related role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Familiarity with communication tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management platforms)

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
