Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Call Center Agent to join our customer service team in Montgomery, AL. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information about services, resolve customer issues, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner

  • Provide accurate information regarding services, billing, and account details

  • Document customer interactions and follow up on open issues

  • Handle complaints or escalations with patience and problem-solving skills

  • Maintain call center performance metrics including quality, efficiency, and call volume

  • Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to enhance service delivery

Qualifications
