Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding services, billing, and account details
Document customer interactions and follow up on open issues
Handle complaints or escalations with patience and problem-solving skills
Maintain call center performance metrics including quality, efficiency, and call volume
Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to enhance service delivery
