We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Events Assistant to join our growing team. This role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events ranging from internal team functions to client-facing presentations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives under pressure, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support

  • Maintain event timelines and budgets, ensuring all deadlines are met

  • Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure event success

  • Prepare event materials such as presentations, signage, and guest lists

  • Track inventory and manage setup and breakdown of event spaces

  • Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 1+ year of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative support

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
