Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Communications Coordinator to support and enhance our internal and external communication efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent messaging, supporting public-facing communications, and coordinating various campaigns across departments. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement internal and external communications strategies.

  • Draft, edit, and proofread press releases, newsletters, announcements, and internal memos.

  • Support executive communication needs and prepare talking points or presentations.

  • Manage and maintain content calendars for communications campaigns.

  • Collaborate with leadership and HR to promote organizational initiatives.

  • Monitor and report on communication campaign performance.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all written materials and platforms.

  • Assist with planning and logistics for company events and announcements.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a communications or coordination role.

  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

  • Familiarity with communication planning tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to adapt tone for various audiences
