We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This entry-level position supports the marketing department in executing campaigns, coordinating projects, and maintaining brand consistency. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about contributing to creative strategies that support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities

  • Conduct market research and gather data on trends, competitors, and target audiences

  • Support the creation and editing of marketing materials including presentations, brochures, and reports

  • Coordinate internal and external communications related to campaign logistics

  • Help track the performance of campaigns and prepare analytical reports

  • Assist in the preparation of events, trade shows, and product launches

  • Maintain and update databases, mailing lists, and customer contact records

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role (internships acceptable)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with design or CRM tools is a plus
