We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Events Assistant to support the execution of corporate and promotional events. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about bringing event concepts to life. You will play a key role in pre-event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event evaluation.
Responsibilities:
Assist with event planning, logistics, and on-site support
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
Prepare materials and supplies for events
Maintain event documentation and manage schedules
Provide hands-on support during events, including setup and breakdown
Help manage event budgets and ensure timelines are met
Support post-event analysis and reporting
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
1-2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
