We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our office and supports our executive and creative departments with a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to executives and staff, including calendar management and meeting coordination

  • Handle incoming phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages)

  • Maintain organized filing systems and digital records

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data entry tasks

  • Assist with office supply inventory and ordering

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events

  • Liaise with clients and vendors in a professional manner

  • Support HR and operations with onboarding and record keeping

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
