We are seeking a motivated Marketing Agent to support and enhance our marketing campaigns, generate new business opportunities, and drive visibility for our property listings and services. This role involves collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to develop campaigns that reach target audiences effectively—offline and through direct channels.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing property marketing strategies.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.

  • Collaborate with sales and listing teams to create brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.

  • Coordinate and attend local networking events, open houses, and property exhibitions.

  • Monitor campaign performance and report on marketing metrics.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners and local businesses.

  • Ensure all marketing efforts align with the company’s brand and objectives.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property-related fields.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools is a plus.
