Job Description

Messa Sync is currently hiring a Warehouse Worker to join our growing operations team in Los Angeles, CA. The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for handling and organizing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and efficiency of the warehouse. This position is ideal for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments.

• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

• Assist in regular inventory counts and audits.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, if needed.
