Blue Print Out is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Client Account Representative to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining strong and productive relationships. You will play a critical role in representing our company’s commitment to outstanding service and client success.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments

  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage and update client accounts and documentation

  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement

  • Coordinate with team members to ensure client expectations are met

  • Track and report client account performance and feedback

  • Assist with onboarding new clients and updating account details

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)

  • 1–2 years of experience in client service, account management, or a similar role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
