Job Description

Next Comms Talk is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing - Branding Assistant to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will assist in executing branding initiatives, supporting campaign development, and ensuring consistency across all marketing materials. Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of branding and marketing strategies

• Assist in the creation of brand presentations, pitch decks, and promotional materials

• Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging

• Help manage project timelines and maintain marketing documentation

• Conduct market research to support brand positioning and campaign direction

• Track branding efforts and prepare performance reports for review

• Maintain organized digital asset libraries and brand guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or a similar role

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with branding tools

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• High attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
