Sphirea Plus is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Advertising Coordinator to support the planning and execution of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure all advertising projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of advertising campaigns

  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and creative teams to manage deliverables

  • Monitor campaign timelines, budgets, and performance metrics

  • Support market research efforts and analyze advertising trends

  • Maintain accurate records of campaign progress and generate regular reports

  • Ensure brand consistency across all advertising materials

  • Manage logistics related to print, broadcast, and digital advertising efforts

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in an advertising or marketing role

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of advertising tools

  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
