We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting the planning and coordination of events from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient under pressure, and passionate about event management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the coordination and execution of all event logistics

  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services

  • Manage event calendars, timelines, and budgets

  • Support on-site event operations including setup, registration, and teardown

  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing materials, reports, and post-event evaluations

  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up on action items

  • Help ensure events are compliant with safety and company standards

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

  • 1-2 years of experience in event planning or a related administrative/support role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning tools (e.g., Excel, project management platforms)

  • Availability for occasional evening or weekend work depending on event schedules
