Responsibilities
Enter and update customer information accurately into internal databases
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional manner
Resolve issues or direct them to the appropriate department
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Maintain confidentiality of all company and client information
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely processing of information
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
1+ year of experience in data entry or customer service
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
