Reboot Staff is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Montgomery, AL. This position plays a vital role in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and courteous manner
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
Document all customer interactions and update records as needed
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues
Provide feedback to management regarding recurring customer concerns
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
