  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience

  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services

  • Document all customer interactions and update records as needed

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues

  • Provide feedback to management regarding recurring customer concerns

Qualifications
