We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and professional Front Office Representative to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience while supporting day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel

  • Manage front desk operations, including receiving and sorting mail and deliveries

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management

  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company

  • Collaborate with internal departments for smooth communication flow

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
