Job Description

Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Akron, OH. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment while ensuring efficient inventory control and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

• Maintain accurate inventory records

• Perform regular stock checks and report discrepancies

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if certified)

• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks

• Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Basic math and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Forklift certification is a plus but not required
