Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions
Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using management software
Resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role preferred
