We are seeking a Call Center Agent to join our growing team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information, resolve customer issues, and ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction. Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or offer services
Resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency
Document customer interactions accurately using internal systems
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery
Stay informed about company services, policies, and promotions

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
