Job Description

Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Representative to manage client accounts and build long-term relationships. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering trust while identifying opportunities for service enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams

• Maintain and grow existing accounts through strong client relationships

• Understand client needs and propose relevant solutions

• Coordinate account activities, including follow-ups, reporting, and renewals

• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

• Collaborate with sales and support teams to improve client experience

• Monitor account performance and prepare regular updates for leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field

• 1-3 years of experience in client service, sales, or account management

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
