We are seeking a proactive and organized Events Assistant to join our team in Cincinnati. The Events Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, conferences, workshops, and internal functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and organization of corporate events from concept to completion
Coordinate logistics including venues, vendors, supplies, travel, and accommodations
Maintain accurate records of budgets, timelines, and attendee lists
Support the Events Manager with onsite execution and event setup
Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure event success
Prepare event materials such as agendas, presentations, and registration lists
Handle administrative tasks related to event planning and reporting
Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
1+ year of experience in event coordination or administrative support
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
