Job Description

We are seeking a Communications Advisor to lead and manage internal and external communications strategies. This role is critical in ensuring the alignment of messages across departments, enhancing stakeholder engagement, and supporting brand consistency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate communications and the ability to manage complex messaging projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee internal and external communications strategies

• Draft and edit company-wide communications, press releases, reports, and presentations

• Advise leadership on communication tactics to support business objectives

• Coordinate with departments to ensure consistent messaging

• Support crisis communication and public affairs efforts

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies

• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, partners, and media contacts

• Ensure alignment with the company’s voice, values, and business goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate communications or advisory role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• Experience developing strategic communication plans

• Familiarity with internal communications tools and platforms

• High attention to detail and critical thinking ability
