This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a courteous and efficient manner. Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, subscriptions, and services
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns with empathy and efficiency
Maintain records of customer interactions and update relevant databases
Follow call center procedures and performance standards
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage
