Story Lane Box is seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Agent to join our Minneapolis team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a courteous and efficient manner. Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, subscriptions, and services

  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns with empathy and efficiency

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update relevant databases

  • Follow call center procedures and performance standards

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications
