We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through effective communication and customized service. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and identifying new opportunities to support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain assigned client accounts

  • Serve as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and offer tailored solutions

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services

  • Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently

  • Track and report account performance and metrics

  • Identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal departments to support campaign execution

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 1+ year of experience in client service, account management, or sales

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferred)
