Job Description

Signal Tru Brand is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our growing team in Raleigh. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing and refining internal and external communication strategies, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms and touchpoints. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, articulate, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal and external communication materials including press releases, newsletters, and company announcements

• Assist in drafting official company statements and coordinating stakeholder messaging

• Support communication initiatives for campaigns, events, and organizational updates

• Conduct research to support message development and ensure content accuracy

• Monitor and report on communication campaign performance

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align communication efforts with company objectives

• Assist in managing company documentation and content calendars

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a communications or public affairs role

• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities

• Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic communication tools
