We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our team in Tampa, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sales and customer support within a supportive and energetic environment. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting products and services, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day sales operations and support the sales team

  • Engage with potential customers to present product information clearly and professionally

  • Help manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Participate in team meetings and product training sessions

  • Report customer feedback and assist in the improvement of sales strategies

  • Achieve assigned sales goals under the supervision of the Sales Manager

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude

  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • No prior sales experience required—training will be provided
