We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our team in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing customized solutions, and supporting our sales team to achieve performance targets. Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and maintain long-term relationships

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Prepare and present account updates, reports, and recommendations

  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Track and meet performance goals and KPIs

  • Attend meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company services and strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or sales
