Sharpcontra is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and is eager to contribute to a professional team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

  • Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars

  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems

  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations

  • Support other departments with clerical and administrative tasks

  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
