Job Description

We are currently seeking a Communications Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining clear and consistent communication between our internal teams, clients, and external partners. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to convey information accurately and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure clear and timely communication.

• Prepare, edit, and distribute internal and external communications materials, including emails, memos, and reports.

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups to support effective communication flows.

• Assist in the creation and execution of communication strategies for campaigns and initiatives.

• Maintain detailed records of communication and ensure documentation is up to date.

• Respond to inquiries and provide information in a professional and helpful manner.

• Support team members in organizing events, meetings, or presentations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred.

• 1+ year of experience in a communications, administrative, or customer service role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic document management systems.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
