We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Santa Ana. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a desire to build a long-term career in marketing. You will work closely with the marketing department to support campaign planning, event coordination, and internal communications efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns

  • Coordinate and support promotional events and marketing activities

  • Maintain and update marketing documentation, reports, and calendars

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategic planning

  • Help with the creation and editing of marketing materials and presentations

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role (internships included)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
