Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support internal and external communication initiatives, assist with content creation, and maintain strong communication channels between departments and clients. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a professional setting and has a passion for clear, effective messaging.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications materials such as press releases, reports, presentations, and newsletters.

• Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure communication consistency.

• Support project teams in preparing client communications and ensuring timely delivery of updates.

• Coordinate company announcements and assist in organizing internal events or meetings.

• Maintain and organize records of communication strategies, feedback, and correspondence.

• Assist in refining brand tone and messaging for non-digital platforms (excluding social media).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a communications or related role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
