Signal Tru Brand is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow and assisting with various administrative tasks to support team productivity.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office activities and maintain organized records
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Assist in filing, data entry, and document management
Provide support to various departments as needed
Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Maintain a professional and welcoming front-desk environment
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
