Messa Sync is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our retail operations team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling transactions, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using a POS system
Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product information
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area
Handle returns and exchanges following company policies
Count cash in drawer at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accuracy
Support store staff with basic operational tasks as needed
Follow all company procedures and safety standards
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
