Job Description

Messa Sync is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our retail operations team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling transactions, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using a POS system

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product information

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area

• Handle returns and exchanges following company policies

• Count cash in drawer at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accuracy

• Support store staff with basic operational tasks as needed

• Follow all company procedures and safety standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic math skills and attention to detail

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
