Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. This role will support the Account Management team by maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring the smooth execution of client campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proactive approach to solving problems and meeting client needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner

• Act as a point of contact between clients and internal departments

• Support the development and execution of client strategies and campaigns

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all account activities

• Monitor project timelines and help resolve any issues that may arise

• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings

• Identify areas for improvement to enhance client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

• 0–2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
