Hype Tier is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to our executive team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency of daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executives' calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-ups
Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Handle confidential documents with integrity and professionalism
Assist with project tracking, deadlines, and status reporting
Support in organizing company events and strategic planning sessions
Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and managing records
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
