SharpContra is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations in Austin, TX. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining organization, and assisting both internal teams and external clients with professionalism.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to management and staff
Handle scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
Organize and maintain files and records, both digital and physical
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Assist with data entry, document preparation, and internal communications
Answer phone calls, manage emails, and respond to general inquiries
Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary
Support the onboarding process of new employees
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year of administrative or office support experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
