We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Montgomery, AL. Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.

  • Organize and maintain office filing systems.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports.

  • Handle office supplies and ensure they are well-stocked.

  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.

  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of office events.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
