We are currently seeking a professional and driven Client Relationship Representative to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This position plays a key role in maintaining strong client connections, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting the overall success of our services. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

  • Identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions

  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of services based on client goals

  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

  • Prepare reports and documentation on client activities and feedback

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred

  • Previous experience in client services, account management, or customer relations

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
