Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and confident Brand Promoter to join our team in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will represent client brands at various events and locations, engaging directly with potential customers to increase awareness and drive growth. This is a dynamic, face-to-face role ideal for individuals who enjoy public interaction, brand storytelling, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Promote and represent assigned brands to the public in a professional manner

• Participate in promotional events, pop-ups, and outreach activities

• Provide accurate information about products and services

• Engage potential customers to build interest and generate leads

• Track and report daily performance and interactions

• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on campaign goals

• Contribute to team efforts to meet or exceed campaign objectives

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, promotions, or brand representation is preferred

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in fast-paced event settings

• Strong presentation and public speaking skills

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and some evenings
