In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customer service operations, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

  • Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and company policies

  • Document customer interactions and track service issues

  • Assist in resolving complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services

  • Support other administrative and operational functions as needed

Qualifications
