Job Description

We are seeking a professional and articulate Communications Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in internal and external communication efforts, ensuring our messaging is consistent, clear, and aligned with our brand values. Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute internal and external communications including newsletters, emails, and press releases

• Serve as a liaison between departments to streamline communication processes

• Assist in planning and executing public-facing events and communication initiatives

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to enhance messaging

• Support crisis communication efforts and ensure timely, accurate responses

• Collaborate with senior staff on strategic planning and campaign development

• Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in a communications or public relations role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and professional communication tools

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
