Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Marketing Communications Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of internal and external marketing communication initiatives. This role is perfect for someone with a strong interest in brand messaging, copywriting, and campaign support.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and implementation of communication strategies across various projects

• Draft and edit content including brochures, presentations, press releases, and newsletters

• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure messaging consistency

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on communication efforts

• Support the coordination of promotional events, presentations, and other outreach activities

• Maintain brand voice and alignment in all communications materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in a communications or marketing support role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Familiarity with basic design and editing tools is a plus

• Attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
