Signal Tru Brand is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team in Birmingham, AL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and assisting with day-to-day business operations to ensure the team’s effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and personal support to senior management
Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
Assist with project coordination and internal communication
Perform general office duties such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records
Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
High level of discretion and professionalism
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
