Job Description

Property Soar is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Media Planner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective media plans across multiple traditional platforms to meet client goals. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage campaigns from planning through performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive media plans aligned with client objectives, budget, and target audience

• Research and analyze media trends, demographics, and performance data

• Evaluate and recommend media channels such as TV, radio, print, and display advertising

• Negotiate with media vendors and ensure optimal ad placement and pricing

• Monitor campaign performance and adjust plans as needed

• Prepare detailed reports and present findings to internal teams and clients

• Coordinate with creative and account teams to ensure message consistency and deadline compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in media planning or buying, preferably in an agency or real estate environment

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with media research tools and platforms

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and media planning software
