Sharpcontra is currently seeking a Client Account Representative to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Manage and monitor the performance of client accounts to meet service expectations
Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Prepare regular reports on account status and performance metrics
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
Proven experience in account management, client services, or a similar role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask and handle multiple accounts simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
