The Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and completion of various projects. This role involves working closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled in multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on status, risks, and milestones
Coordinate meetings, document meeting minutes, and track action items
Support communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors
Ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date
Help manage budgets, invoices, and procurement as needed
Identify and escalate issues or delays to project leadership
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or support role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or MS Project)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
